Wynne is a sixth-generation Californian and Los Angeles native since her first days home from UCLA Hospital.  With an intimate knowledge of the Westside of Los Angeles, as an attendee at Saint Martin of Tours and Marymount High School, she was born and bred in this area.

Early interest in the fashion business took Wynne, to London, Italy and Japan where she designed shoes for European designers, as well as extensive retail sales and management experience at some of the most popular boutiques on Rodeo Drive in the Beverly Hills area.  She prides herself on her fashion sense and truly personable nature.

Volunteer work with the Irene Dunne Guild at Saint John's Health Center, while raising her two children, contributed to interest in the philanthropic/fundraising field.  She eventually worked with a small company specializing in non-profit fundraising in collaboration with the Entertainment Industry

In 2003, her Real Estate career was born while at Coldwell Banker assisting a top producer, Jane West.  The influence and encouragement of Jane, brought Wynne to Nourmand & Associates in early 2005.  Since then she has developed a close relationship with the Nourmand family and other members of the company.

Developing her reputation and credibility specializing in the luxury leasing market, she is now a popular and well-known listing and selling agent on the Westside.  Professional in her work, she diligently operates to complete tasks that lead her contemporaries to enjoy working with her.  Motivated and compelled to provide complete and reliable client service, on a consistent and constant basis.  Always making herself available to those she represents.

I've assisted well over 150 lessor's and lessee's in transactions. Property owners in screening and filling vacancies with quality persons.  As well as, found some awesome clients' wonderful places to call home.

Vacant lots, retail or mixed-use zoned properties have prominent value in the Los Angeles area, given their strategic location.  I can talk to you about expectations and connect the dots to get you an appropriate offer for your asset.
